Souper Bowl Soup Cookoff

NFL playoffs are about to begin and that means it’s time to start thinking about the big game on Super Bowl Sunday.  Along with that, our annual Souper Bowl Cookoff will again be held after the worship service on Sunday, February 2, 2020.  We need individuals or groups to come up with their best “award-winning recipes”.  Just like last year everyone will have a chance to sample all the crockpots of fine soups, chowders, or chili’s and vote for their favorite as they proudly wear the colors/apparel/gear of their favorite teams.  Bragging rights for the entire year are definitely on the line!  If you’re not into slaving over a hot crockpot we can always use desserts.  As always, donations will benefit the local food bank, and some of the soups may be available for sale to take home.  Be sure to mark your calendars and feel free to recruit fellow friends, relatives, and fans for this great event!
